    HOW TO ENJOY

    latte
    sift 3 g matcha
    add 15 ml of room temperature water & whisk until paste-like texture is created
    add 30 ml of hot water (170 F) & whisk until frothy
    *optional* add honey or agave
    combine with 125 ml of milk
