HOW TO ENJOY

latte
sift 4 g matcha
add 15 ml of room temperature water & whisk until paste-like texture is created
add 25 ml of hot water (170 F) & whisk until frothy
*optional* add honey or agave
combine with 125 ml of milk

usucha (thin tea) 
sift 2 g of matcha
add 10 ml of room temperature water & whisk until paste-like texture is created
add 60 mlm of hot water (170 F) & whisk until frothy
